Mission

We believe every child in Indian River County should have the opportunity to grow up healthy, safe, and happy.

Exchange Club of Indian River Foundation, Inc. was founded by the club in 2001 to further our goal of prevention of child abuse. It supports special projects for children and provides resources for the prevention of child abuse in Indian River County. Your tax-deductible donation is welcome at any time; checks may be sent to the foundation at PO Box 93, Vero Beach, Florida 32961.

About the Foundation

Exchange Club of Indian River Foundation, Inc. is a corporation organized exclusively for charitable purposes, more specifically to aid in the prevention of child abuse. To this end, the corporation shall at all times be operated
exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.
